Photographer Darren Bridges love of traveling and the outdoors landed him in Aspen, Colorado in 2004.  It is here that he started to capture the essence and the grandeur of the Colorado Rocky Mountains and the landscapes that surround Aspen.  As his interest in photography grew so did his passion to capture the world around him.

Photographer Willard Clay goes for the landscape and nature shots that you might not always recognize.   Nonetheless – he is a master of capturing the tranquil, and you will love his amazing and unique photo imagery.

Evening Light on Aspen Trees Along the Shore of Jackson Lake Wyoming is a fine example of Clay’s peaceful and clutter free photography.  Beaming aspen trees bid the afternoon sun adieu as the craggy peaks of the Rockies reflect down into an almost perfectly calm Jackson Lake.

Among photographer Greg Gawlowski’s many impressive landscape photos are a number of stunning images of Aspens in full color change.  Greg Gawlowski has a talent for framing photos – capturing an angle or slight horizon that seems to balance a shot.

Aspen Forest Reflected in Maroon Lake is a fine example of this angular effect.  Reflecting in a perfectly still Maroon Lake, Aspen groves in the Maroon Bells emanate their autumn glore.  The resulting Aspens photo is eye-pleasing and quite intriguing.

Photographer Raymond Gehman is a very well know nature photographer who has captured amazing images for “National Geographic” for a number of years.  Color seems to “pop” in Gehman’s photos – stunning reds, golds, greens, and blues to name a few in images associated with Aspen foliage.

Autumn is easily found to be the season of choice in a good number of Raymond Gehman’s photo work.   Much of Gehman’s photo imagery is so bold it excites the senses – its almost as if the trees themselves are singing out a seasonal harmony for all to enjoy.
